Our Camden kitchen lives a block from the lock — a long stainless counter, ten seats facing the flame, and a hum that doesn't stop until last call. It is the loudest room we have, and that is deliberate.

The menu here leans harder into the specials. The chilli is chopped a little fresher, the wok is a little older, and the crowd is a little younger. Come early or come late; the middle is always full.
