Victoria is our busiest room. Three trains away from everywhere, it had to be the most precise — the prep sheets are tightest, the woks spin fastest, and a meal moves from the ticket to the table in under four minutes.
Come on a weekday lunch and watch the line. Come on a Saturday evening and get a booth. Either way, you leave on time.
